Since launching in late 2024, Bruce Rock Engineering’s BulkEX has quickly taken the lead as the company’s premier grain tipper. It marks the first full redesign of BRE’s grain trailer in over 30 years — a ground-up engineering overhaul tailored for grain, fertiliser, and lightweight bulk haulage.

Built with a one-piece body made from 3mm Hardox 450, the BulkEX offers significant gains in wear resistance and durability over earlier high-tensile steel models. It’s a tough, long-lasting solution built for Australian conditions.

Configurable to Suit Any Fleet

Thanks to its modular design, the BulkEX is compatible with a range of setups including 26m B-double, 30m A-double, and 36.5m AB/BA-triple combinations. Operators benefit from tailored configurations without compromising on quality or build strength.

Standard Features, Upgraded

A host of thoughtful features come standard — including greaseless tailgate hinges, stainless steel grain doors with nylon slides, telescoping tarp handles, and reinforced stainless steel scuff plates. These upgrades aim to reduce maintenance and make daily operation more efficient.

Increased Volume, Zero Tare Gain

With a reshaped body for better cleanout and discharge flow, and a reduced hoist well for improved weight distribution, the BulkEX retains BRE’s signature bowl profile — now offering more cubic space without increasing tare weight.
